Let me start off by saying Jennifer needs a raise. She made our experience fantastic, She was very professional, I love her sense of humor. We ended up getting an extra charge so she looked into this for us and corrected it, which I’m extremely grateful. They had a few issues with the booking system and people were very rude. We also had a very lovely experience with Sherry the bartender. People definitely need to tip her more, She has a great sense of humor, She’s very welcoming, And she has some great dinner recipes. Thank you for making our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From start to finish, the staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. A special thanks goes out to Joseph—when our air conditioning unit started acting up later in the evening, we notified the front desk, and Joseph was at our door almost immediately to fix it. His quick response and great attitude saved our night! It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like this. We truly appreciated the top-notch service and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here a couple of nights to attend a conference at UNC-W which was about 10 minutes away. This hotel is in a great location, a 4 minute walk to Harris Teeter grocery store. I stayed on the third floor. The bed is super comfortable and I loved it. The room came with a mini fridge and a microwave, which I loved. The room was clean for the most part, the fridge had someone else’s food in it but I just ignored it. The ice machine was at the end of the hall which I thought was an interesting placement, but I did use it. The people working were nice and helpful. The shower and water pressure was about average. Breakfast is not included but I ended up buying some stuff at the grocery store to heat up in my room anyway. Overall, I really enjoyed this experience!
